Proposals Manager

To support clinical research business development efforts, the fully remote Proposals Manager will coordinate and execute high-quality proposals, manage timelines, and collaborate with various teams to ensure accurate and timely submissions. Key responsibilities Coordinate the end-to-end proposal development process for clinical research opportunities, ensuring compliance and alignment with customer requirements Manage proposal timelines, schedules, and deliverables while collaborating with Business Development, Operations, and subject matter experts to gather necessary content Develop, edit, and format proposals and presentations, incorporating stakeholder feedback and tracking proposal metrics throughout the process Required qualifications Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably within the healthcare or clinical research setting Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent proposals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong project coordination and organizational skills, with a track record of building relationships with internal and external stakeholders Excellent written, editing, and proofreading skills, with experience creating polished client-facing documents using Microsoft Office Suite Knowledge of proposal management best practices and understanding of the clinical research or pharmaceutical industries is preferred
