Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individualized assessments and evaluations to develop tailored therapy strategies for clients.

• Utilize diverse treatment modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits\n
