Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients, gathering relevant history and information to tailor treatment plans effectively.

• Provide crisis intervention and emotional support, employing de-escalation techniques and empathetic listening to assist clients in distress.

• Facilitate referrals to external agencies and support services, ensuring clients have access to all necessary resources.

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions, assessments, and treatment plans while preparing reports as needed.

• Participate actively in ongoing training, supervision, and team meetings to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or equivalent is required.

• Licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in New Jersey is mandatory.
