Key Responsibilities Deliver teletherapy services to clients—providing individual, couples, group, and family therapy sessions tailored to their mental health needs. Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' mental health issues and develop personalized treatment plans. Regularly update and modify treatment plans based on ongoing client evaluations and feedback. Maintain accurate, detailed documentation of client progress and session notes in accordance with legal and ethical standards. Collaborate closely with other mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to create comprehensive and effective care strategies. Stay informed of current best practices, emerging mental health trends, and regulatory changes through ongoing professional education. Provide timely crisis intervention when necessary, ensuring immediate support for clients in distress. Patient Population / Client Focus Our therapy services are designed to assist individuals and families dealing with a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and substance use disorders. We emphasize a client-centered approach, allowing clients to express their concerns in a safe, judgment-free environment. By tailoring our interventions to the unique backgrounds and needs of our clients, we strive to foster healing and growth. Qualifications Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a closely related field. Current, valid, and unrestricted licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) in the state of Pennsylvania. A minimum of three years of relevant experience in a mental health counseling capacity. Strong communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds. Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems. Preferred Experience Experience with evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, or trauma-informed care. Prior involvement in crisis management or emergency response. Familiarity with teletherapy best practices and ethical considerations. Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000 per year, in addition to a comprehensive benefits package that includes dental, health, and vision insurance, life insurance, and a generous paid time off policy.
