Work Environment\n

This position is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility and convenience in your daily schedule. You will work from home while being part of a supportive virtual team of licensed therapists in a hospice center environment. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health needs, utilizing standardized tools that inform personalized treatment plans.

• Develop and implement targeted treatment plans that reflect clients' goals and challenges, regularly reviewing and adjusting these plans based on progress and feedback.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions as well as group therapy sessions, applying evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to foster clients' healing processes.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and case managers, ensuring a holistic approach to client care and shared treatment goals.

• Educate and involve clients' family members, providing resources and support to enhance their understanding of mental health issues and promote a robust recovery network.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA guidelines, ensuring the highest level of professionalism and ethics in all documentation.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clinic serves a diverse clientele, including women facing various mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or holding a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A minimum of a bachelor's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field; advanced degrees are highly welcomed and encouraged.

• A demonstrated commitment to mental health counseling through specialized training or extensive experience in the domain.

• Proficient understanding of evidence-based practices related to various mental health disorders, effectively implementing therapeutic interventions.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of 2 years of experience is required, our ideal candidate will possess additional experience in specialized areas of mental health care, such as substance abuse treatment, trauma-informed care, or working with marginalized populations.
