Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver ethical, compassionate mental health counseling through secure video chat platforms, facilitating an engaging and supportive environment for clients.

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand client needs and develop personalized treatment plans that outline specific therapeutic goals and interventions.

• Help clients cultivate essential coping strategies, problem-solving skills, and improved communication techniques, guiding them on their journey to mental wellness.

• Continuously monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans and interventions to meet evolving needs and challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily serves a diverse group of adults with stable, low-acuity mental health concerns. Our clients may be seeking support for issues such as anxiety, mild depression, stress management, and life adjustments. The emphasis on low-acuity care allows for a therapeutic approach that is both proactive and supportive, addressing client needs before they escalate.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Current state licensure in one of the following: Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Ability to operate independently without supervision, showcasing strong ethical standards and professionalism.
\n
• A clean disciplinary record with no previous licensure infractions.
\n
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with proficiency in using digital platforms for counseling.

• Stable Wi-Fi connection to facilitate uninterrupted communication with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior experience in a virtual counseling setting is highly desirable, with familiarity in using telehealth platforms preferred.

• Demonstrated ability to engage with low-acuity clients and provide effective counseling interventions.
