Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients’ mental health concerns, diagnosing conditions as needed, and collaborating with clients to create tailored treatment plans.

• Provide individual therapy sessions utilizing a range of evidence-based methods, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices.

• Facilitate continuous evaluation of client progress towards therapeutic goals, adjusting treatment strategies based on feedback and outcomes.

• Offer teletherapy options for clients who prefer virtual engagement, ensuring they feel supported in a convenient and accessible manner.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes that adhere to ethical guidelines and state regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve a diverse clientele, addressing various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Our clients range from children and adolescents to adults, with varying backgrounds and experiences that enrich the therapeutic environment. By tailoring your treatment approach to each client's unique situation, you will help them navigate their challenges and work towards holistic healing.

Qualifications\n

• Active licensure as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), with a preference for candidates who also hold a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
