Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine clients' mental health status, utilizing standardized tools and therapeutic conversations to gain insights into their needs.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that address specific client issues, tracking progress and adjusting strategies to optimize outcomes.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, employing diverse therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based approaches, and culturally responsive techniques.

• Provide continuous support to clients through regular follow-ups, offering guidance, coping strategies, and encouragement to help them navigate their mental health challenges.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and refer clients to other healthcare providers, including psychiatrists and wellness coaches, to ensure comprehensive care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Gentle Health Balance Counseling, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including those facing issues related to anxiety, depression, substance abuse, trauma, and eating disorders. Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
