We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our innovative team at Inspire Change Behavioral Health. This full-time role will offer you the opportunity to make a significant impact in the lives of individuals facing mental health challenges, all while working in a remote setting. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality therapeutic care and will have a consistent schedule from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to accurately evaluate the mental health needs of clients, leading to informed treatment planning.

• Design and implement personalized treatment strategies that align with each client’s goals, utilizing effective, evidence-based methodologies.

• Provide therapy through various channels including video sessions, ensuring a safe and engaging environment for clients.

• Address urgent mental health issues promptly and effectively, utilizing crisis intervention techniques as required.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and training opportunities to enhance your clinical skills and stay updated with recent research.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse population of clients who may experience a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and more. Your expertise in mental health will play a critical role in guiding clients towards effective coping strategies and improved mental well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A valid Master’s degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy is required.

• Holds a current, valid license (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or PsyD) to practice in the state of California.

• Exceptional communication skills with a strong ability to establish trust and rapport with clients.
\n
• Proficient in managing a caseload efficiently, demonstrating excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• A compassionate, client-focused approach to therapy, with an understanding of various therapeutic techniques.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting is preferred.

• Prior experience providing therapy in a virtual or remote capacity is a plus.

• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The successful candidate will receive a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience.
