Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs and formulate tailored treatment plans that suit individual contexts.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to deliver effective individual, group, and family therapy sessions.

• Engage in ongoing collaboration with case managers and psychiatrists to ensure clients receive coordinated care, which may include medication management and holistic support.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention services to clients experiencing acute distress, ensuring safety and stability through effective, timely responses.

• Participate in community outreach initiatives aimed at promoting mental health awareness, providing educational workshops, and fostering strong community ties.

This role focuses on serving a diverse range of client backgrounds, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• Applicants must hold an active and current license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Psychologist.

• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required; a master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is preferred.
