Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health concerns and collaborate on personalized treatment plans that cater to their individual needs.

• Provide evidence-based individual therapy sessions using techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other modalities suited to each client's situation.

• Work collaboratively with clients to establish therapeutic goals, regularly monitoring their progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.

• Utilize teletherapy platforms to deliver care to clients who prefer virtual sessions, ensuring accessibility for those with mobility or transportation challenges.

• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, assessments, and treatment outcomes to comply with ethical and regulatory standards.

• Participate in ongoing professional development activities to enhance clinical skills, including workshops, training sessions, and peer consultations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Possess a current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
