Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.

• Provide ongoing therapy sessions through telehealth, utilizing various evidence-based approaches and methodologies to support client growth.

• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary team members to create positive behavior support plans and crisis intervention strategies.

• Engage with clinical tools and screening instruments as part of our evidence-based practice, ensuring effective treatment and monitoring of client progress.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards, ensuring a high quality of care.

• Act as a liaison among clients, state agencies, and community resources to facilitate comprehensive care and access to necessary services.

• Participate actively in licensing, accreditation, and community outreach initiatives, representing the clinic in various forums and with stakeholders.

• Contribute to the continual improvement of treatment protocols and organizational practices to enhance patient outcomes, aligning with the mission and values of Active Life.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to teamwork.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your caseload will encompass a diverse client population, including individuals struggling with mental health disorders, those in recovery from substance use, clients with developmental disabilities, and individuals with acquired brain injuries. By providing person-centered care, you will assist clients in navigating their personal journeys towards recovery, wellness, and increased independence.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate Degree in a behavioral health field is required for this position.

• Must hold a valid LMHC license issued by the state board of Washington.

• Demonstrated ability to maintain clinical records and produce accurate reports in a timely manner.

• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to express complex ideas clearly and work cooperatively within a multidisciplinary team.

• Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills are essential, supported by a background in mental health counseling.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience in providing telehealth services is highly preferred, as is familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic techniques applicable to a variety of mental health conditions. Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer competitive annual salaries ranging from USD 52,000 for part-time to USD 100,000 for full-time roles.
