Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to evaluate their mental health status, focusing on the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms.

• Collaborate with clients to develop individualized treatment plans that reflect their unique needs, personal goals, and treatment preferences.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to assist clients in their recovery.

• Provide education and support to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, available treatments, and self-care practices to enhance their coping strategies.

• Monitor and document client progress in an organized manner and adjust treatment plans as required to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Work in conjunction with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to facilitate integrated treatment approaches, ensuring holistic care.

• Stay informed about the latest research and trends in mood disorder treatments to continually enhance therapeutic practices.
