Backed by a substantial pipeline of secured business and an extensive network of warm industry relationships, this represents a rare opportunity to join a business with genuine momentum and long-term vision. Reporting into senior leadership, you will lead commercial growth initiatives across North America, building long-term partnerships with pharmaceutical and biotech Organizations. Key Responsibilities Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities across pharmaceutical, biotech and related life sciences sectors. Manage and grow relationships with existing clients and strategic partners. Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, networking events, and customer meetings. Lead commercial discussions, negotiations, and contract opportunities. Support the ongoing growth and expansion of the organisation's US presence. YOU Proven track record in business development, sales, or commercial leadership within the pharmaceutical, CDMO, CMO, API, Drug Substance, excipient, pharmaceutical services, or related life sciences sectors. Experience building relationships with pharmaceutical and biotech customers and existing network. Entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to build, grow, and create long-term value. Comfortable operating in a high-growth environment and contributing to strategic business decisions. Ideally located on the US East Coast.
