Operations Coordinator (Nights)
Location: On-site | Distribution Center Environment

Schedule: Sunday-Thursday | 9:00 PM - 5:30 AM

Join our team as an Operations Coordinator (Nights) supporting overnight distribution center operations. This role works on-site within a fast-paced warehouse environment , performing routine operational and administrative tasks to support accurate order processing, shipment preparation, and timely delivery.
What You'll Do

• Perform routine operational and administrative tasks to support nightly warehouse and distribution activities
• Reprint invoices and prepare cross-dock packets to support outbound shipments
• Update GPS trackers and verify route closures to ensure delivery readiness
• Document out-of-environment product and assist with re-ship processes as needed
• Research and enter quality discrepancies into tracking systems
• Prepare and seal trucks for departure in accordance with distribution procedures
• Complete required reports (e.g., Y6/Test Strip, re-ship documentation)
• Provide administrative support to on-site Operations leadership during the shift
• Collect and distribute warehouse communications, shift postings, and inter-office documents

What You'll Need

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 0-2 years of experience in administrative support, warehouse operations, or distribution environment preferred
• Ability to work on-site in a distribution center setting , including overnight hours
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established processes
• Basic communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy in a fast-paced, operations-driven environment

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations.
