Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth clinical assessments using evidence-based practices to formulate personalized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.

• Implement various therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailoring interventions to suit individual client needs.

• Maintain meticulous clinical records in accordance with HIPAA regulations, demonstrating your commitment to confidentiality and ethical care.

• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary treatment team to develop and execute an integrated treatment approach, sharing insights to benefit overall patient outcomes.

• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to enhance the quality of care and stay informed on best practices in mental health treatment.

• Offer education and support to clients and their families, guiding them through mental health challenges and informing them about available resources within the community.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active license to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist in California.
