Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver psychotherapy and mental health support to patients coping with chronic illnesses and psychosocial distress, employing evidence-based practices to inform treatment.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' emotional, psychological, and social needs to develop individualized treatment plans that are culturally competent.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams, including physicians, nurses, and other social workers, to ensure a unified approach to patient care and facilitate multidisciplinary case discussions.

• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as required based on clinical indicators and feedback from healthcare colleagues and family members.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 105,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
