Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to collect pertinent information on clients’ mental health conditions, personal strengths, and community resources.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based treatment approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), or Trauma-Informed Care.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client, clearly outlining therapeutic goals and interventions.

• Facilitate effective communication and coordination of care with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals involved in the patient’s care.

• Offer crisis intervention strategies, including risk assessments and safety planning, to support clients in acute distress.

• Maintain comprehensive, accurate, and timely documentation in compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements.

• Lead group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to foster community and enhance coping strategies among clients.
