Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide comprehensive on-site clinical counseling services, including assessments, crisis intervention, and therapeutic support for clients in hospice care.

• Maintain professional communication with clients, colleagues, and the client's treatment team to ensure cohesive treatment planning and execution.

• Act as a professional resource for fellow practitioners, addressing complex case issues and providing clinical supervision as necessary.

• Document patient progress accurately and comprehensively while ensuring adherence to regulatory standards for medical records.

Your work as an LCSW will primarily focus on patients receiving care in hospice settings, often dealing with end-of-life issues.
