Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' mobility, strength, and functional limitations to establish comprehensive and individualized treatment plans.
• Utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and neuromuscular re-education, to address specific patient needs.
• Monitor and document patient progress regularly, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to ensure optimal rehabilitation outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families about their conditions and provide actionable advice on exercise routines and safety measures to enhance recovery and prevent future injuries.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and nurses, to create an integrated approach to patient care that maximizes recovery potential.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at Perfect Balance Rehab Center, you will primarily work with patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, traumatic injuries, and chronic musculoskeletal conditions. This often includes individuals with joint replacements, sports-related injuries, and post-surgical rehabilitation needs. Your role is essential in empowering patients to regain independence and function in their daily lives.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current license or eligibility to practice Physical Therapy in the state of Nevada.
• Demonstrated proficiency in orthopedic rehabilitation techniques and a strong foundation in evidence-based practices.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with a diverse patient population and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Experience

• At least 2 years of experience working in an outpatient physical therapy setting, particularly with orthopedic patients.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes:
