Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients’ biopsychosocial needs to identify treatment challenges and develop appropriate care plans.

• Provide therapeutic interventions including individual, family, couple, and group psychotherapy, tailored to meet the specific needs of each patient.

• Actively participate in team meetings with psychiatrists and other healthcare providers to develop coordinated care plans.

• Document clinical assessments and treatment outcomes accurately in EMR systems, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions for patients, acting as either a primary therapist or co-therapist, depending on the therapeutic framework.

• Engage in crisis intervention and triage evaluations, providing immediate support to both outpatient and inpatient teams as needed.

• Adhere to ethical standards of practice and uphold agency policies, contributing to a culture of integrity and professionalism.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 105,000 annually, with opportunities for performance-based bonuses.
