Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for each client, utilizing your clinical expertise to address individual needs.

• Engage in regular video or audio sessions with clients, ensuring an open channel for communication and support.

• Implement therapeutic techniques to assist clients in managing conditions such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, and relationship issues.

• Utilize our robust telehealth platform to track therapy progress, set goals, and maintain clinical records.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals within the platform for peer consultation and support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LPCC, you will work primarily with low-acuity adult clients who are stable and capable of engaging in outpatient therapy. Common issues addressed include anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, weight disorders, and grief counseling. Our platform is designed to ensure that counselors only engage with clients who fall within their expertise, providing a safe and effective therapeutic environment without the complexities of severe mental health cases or pediatric clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Counseling or a related field.

• Possession of an active, full, and unrestricted LPCC license in California.

• Prior experience in outpatient counseling preferred, with an emphasis on low-acuity mental health issues.

• A reliable internet connection and a working computer (PC or laptop; tablets are not permitted) for teletherapy sessions.
