Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your core responsibilities will include:

• Providing individual or group therapy sessions aimed at addressing the unique needs of each client, whether through cognitive-behavioral therapy, talk therapy, or other evidence-based methods.

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to determine the psychological needs of clients, including evaluating mental health status and identifying appropriate interventions.

• Maintaining accurate treatment logs and documenting client progress, including revising treatment strategies based on ongoing evaluations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on supporting a diverse and varied patient population that includes individuals dealing with mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and other psychological complexities. Ongoing evaluations of client needs will ensure that the care provided is as responsive and effective as possible.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field. A Master's degree or Ph.D. is strongly preferred.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting is required.

• Must hold a valid state license, such as LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor), LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist), or PsyD (Doctor of Psychology).

Preferred Experience\n

While the minimum experience requirement is two years, candidates with a background in working with community health populations or within integrated care settings will be given priority. Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems and familiarity with telehealth platforms is also advantageous, as these tools are integral to our remote service delivery.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 135,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
