Job Title: Physical Therapist (PT)
Location: Fresno South, CA
Job Type: Full-Time
Work Setting: On-Site
Pay Range: $90,000 – $115,000 per year
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $20,000

Position Summary

The position is suitable for both new graduates and experienced therapists, with opportunities for mentorship, continuing education, clinical skill development, and leadership growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and provide evidence-based physical therapy treatments.
• Develop individualized plans of care based on patient goals.
• Provide patient-centered care focused on the overall patient experience.
• Appropriately delegate tasks to Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs).
• Complete accurate and compliant daily documentation.
• Follow federal and state physical therapy regulations.
• Communicate effectively with patients, team members, and referral sources.
• Manage time effectively and prioritize patient care responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA/CAPTE-approved program.
• Valid California Physical Therapy license.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• New graduates and experienced Physical Therapists are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and time-management skills.
• Willingness to learn, receive mentorship, and develop clinical skills.
