Work Environment

Our work environment is dynamic and collaborative, with an onsite team that includes two experienced physical therapists and a physical therapy assistant (PTA). Our practice caters primarily to patients with private medical insurance, enabling us to focus on delivering exceptional individualized care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand patient needs and create personalized rehabilitation plans.
• Manage and treat one patient per hour, ensuring efficient and effective care tailored to each individual.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions that enhance patients' movement capabilities and quality of life.
• Utilize a diverse range of treatment modalities to minimize the use of medications and reduce the likelihood of surgical interventions.
• Motivate and educate patients on their treatment plan and progress, fostering a positive rehabilitation experience.
• Document treatment services accurately and comprehensively to comply with health regulations and provide continuity of care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians and other healthcare professionals, to optimize patient outcomes.
• Monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary and maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The ideal candidate will work primarily with orthopedic patients ranging from post-operative individuals to those recovering from injuries. Our focus is on personalized care that not only addresses physical rehabilitation but also encourages lifestyle changes and improvements in overall wellness. Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• Active certification as a licensed Physical Therapist in California.
• Unblemished professional record with no disciplinary actions against your license.
• Proficient knowledge of manual therapy techniques and exercise regimen development.
• Experience using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software, preferably WebPT.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience working in an orthopedic outpatient setting is preferred.
• Demonstrated success in developing customized treatment plans that promote patient engagement and adherence.
• Experience in utilizing sport-specific rehabilitation techniques to assist athletes or active individuals.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this full-time Physical Therapist position ranges from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
