Our state-of-the-art facility spans 5,000 square feet and is designed to support our patients' recovery with modern equipment and treatment spaces. Our caring team consists of experienced physical therapists and an array of skilled support staff who collaborate to enhance patients' overall well-being.

Work Environment

Our physical therapy practice operates on-site from Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, providing a structured work environment that promotes collaboration and teamwork. You will be part of a cohesive group of two physical therapists and one physical therapy assistant (PTA), all dedicated to delivering exceptional care. Key Responsibilities

• Assess patients' needs and collaboratively set achievable rehabilitation goals tailored to their individual circumstances.
• Manage a patient caseload of one session per hour, ensuring each individual receives focused attention during their treatments.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy and exercise prescription, to optimize patient recovery and mobility.
• Design and implement comprehensive care plans that take into account each patient's lifestyle and rehabilitation aspirations.
• Promote non-invasive treatment options while minimizing reliance on medications through education and alternative therapies.
• Regularly monitor and evaluate treatment outcomes, adjusting care plans as needed based on progress observations.
• Document all aspects of patient care in compliance with industry standards and utilize electronic medical record (EMR) software such as WebPT for efficiency.
• Foster a motivating environment, providing encouragement and support to patients as they work towards their functional goals.
• Work closely with other healthcare professionals to coordinate holistic patient care and facilitate interdisciplinary communication.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our primary focus is on patients undergoing orthopedic rehabilitation, including those recovering from surgeries, sports injuries, or chronic pain conditions. We emphasize personalized care and support, allowing us to address the unique challenges our diverse patient population faces. You will have the opportunity to work with a range of patients, tailoring your therapeutic approaches to meet their specific needs.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• An active and valid Physical Therapist license in California with no disciplinary actions.
• Demonstrated proficiency in manual therapy techniques and a solid foundation in designing and implementing tailored exercise regimens.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient interaction and collaboration with healthcare team members.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting is highly desirable, enabling you to integrate seamlessly into our practice.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems, specifically WebPT, to effectively manage patient documentation.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 – 125,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
