Work Environment

This position is fully onsite at our rehabilitation center, offering a dynamic and interactive environment where you can directly contribute to improving patients' health. You will work from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, ensuring a balanced work-life schedule while providing personalized care to your patients. The clinic is equipped with modern facilities that promote optimal treatment outcomes and patient comfort.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations to ascertain patient needs and health goals.
• Develop and implement personalized care plans utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Utilize various treatment techniques to enhance mobility and functionality, focusing on manual therapy and exercise interventions.
• Maintain a manageable patient load, averaging one patient per hour, allowing for dedicated, high-quality care.
• Motivate patients throughout their rehabilitation journey, encouraging adherence to treatment and wellness programs.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary, ensuring open communication with patients regarding their health journey.
• Enhance the patient experience through collaborative care, working alongside other healthcare professionals.
• Document patient interactions and treatment provided using EMR software, such as WebPT, ensuring compliance and continuity of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on a diverse patient population, with a majority covered by private medical insurance. Patients will typically present with orthopedic conditions requiring outpatient care and rehabilitation. Your role will significantly influence their recovery and quality of life, promoting non-surgical approaches to treatment whenever possible and minimizing reliance on medications.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is required. A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree is preferred.
• Valid Physical Therapist license in the State of California.
• No existing board actions or disciplinary issues against your license.
• Strong manual therapy skills and experience in developing effective, personalized exercise regimens.
• Familiarity with EMR systems, particularly WebPT, to ensure efficient documentation and patient records.

Preferred Experience

• At least 3 years of experience as a Physical Therapist, specifically within an orthopedic outpatient setting.
• Previous experience in a fast-paced clinic, managing individual patient care effectively.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is between USD 90,000 and 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and educational qualifications.
