Enterprise Background Screening Sales Hunter(Fully Remote) Are you a tenacious new business hunter with experience selling HR tech solutions to the enterprise? Join the leading background screening platform transforming how companies hire with trust and confidence! The Opportunity: Our client is a prominent provider of comprehensive background screening software and services for employers across industries. With a focus on enabling smarter hiring through intelligent data, they are seeking driven sales hunters to accelerate growth by landing and expanding their enterprise client base. In this remote role, you will spearhead new logo acquisition by evangelizing their powerful solutions to VP/Director of HR buyers at companies with 4,000+ employees. Armed with highly qualified leads and your prospecting expertise, you'll have the opportunity to sell a best-in-class platform replacing legacy players with a dynamic new solution. What You'll Need: Proven track record of overachieving quota selling HR tech or background screening solutions Tenacious self-starter with 4+ years of enterprise new business Hunter experience Ability to strategically navigate complex 60-90 day sales cycles Consultative selling skills to understand buyer needs and present ROI Competitive spirit and grit to consistently exceed $180K-$200K OTE targets Opportunity to sell disruptive, high-growth HR technology Competitive base salary and uncapped commission Remote/work-from-home opportunity Moderate 20% travel to meet clients This search is focused on the West/Central U.S. time zones for the initial territory.
