Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to understand clients' mental health history and therapeutic needs.

• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans, ensuring evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) are utilized.

• Provide high-quality, client-centered therapy sessions that promote mental wellness, resilience, and personal growth.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client sessions, including notes on progress and any modifications to treatment plans.

• Engage in ongoing communication with appropriate parties (when authorized), ensuring coherent treatment strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a crucial member of our community health clinic, you will work with diverse client populations, ranging from children and adolescents to adults dealing with a wide array of mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• A master’s level degree from a regionally accredited university in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, psychology, or a related field.

• An active and unrestricted license to practice in the state of Florida (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, PsyD, or PhD).

• Two or more years of experience providing clinical psychotherapy to adults, preferably in a community health setting.

• Proven ability to apply evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

• Strong written communication skills for session documentation and treatment planning.
\n
• Absence of any disciplinary actions on your professional record from licensing bodies.

• Previous experience working within a community health clinic or with clients from diverse backgrounds.
