While our operations are largely digital, you'll be closely connected to a collaborative team of mental health professionals. This position is embedded within the school system, providing you with direct access to students in need of immediate support and intervention.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of students’ emotional, behavioral, and academic needs, creating individualized support plans.

• Develop, implement, and manage therapeutic programs that cater to diverse student populations, ensuring that each student receives tailored support.
\n
• Facilitate one-on-one and group therapy sessions that address specific mental health concerns, such as anxiety, depression, and social challenges.
\n
• Monitor and evaluate each student's progress towards their therapeutic goals, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.
\n
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to create a cohesive support system for students.
\n
• Document all interactions and treatments in accordance with organizational policies and legal regulations, maintaining confidentiality and accuracy in client records.

• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to case discussions, providing insights and strategies for effective intervention.

• Assist in referring students to additional community resources, ensuring that families have access to comprehensive support services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on school-aged children and adolescents facing a range of challenges, including but not limited to mental health disorders, learning disabilities, and family-related issues. You will be instrumental in creating a safe and supportive environment that encourages students to express their emotions and seek help.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program is required.

• Current licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the State of Nevada.
\n
• Demonstrated experience in clinical social work with a strong understanding of mental health theories and practices.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build rapport with diverse populations, including students, parents, and educational professionals.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple cases effectively.

• Willingness to complete background checks as part of the employment process.

Compensation and Benefits\n
