Work Environment

In our surgical center setting, PAs work closely alongside physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals in a supportive and interdisciplinary environment. Key Responsibilities

• Conducting thorough patient assessments and histories to ensure accurate diagnosis and effective treatment planning.
• Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare providers to deliver integrated, high-quality care.
• Performing comprehensive physical examinations and ordering diagnostic tests relevant to patient health concerns.
• Formulating individual treatment plans based on patient needs and shared decision-making principles.
• Administering vaccines and medications and providing education on preventive measures and lifestyle changes.
• Monitoring chronic conditions and coordinating referrals to specialists when necessary.
• Maintaining precise and timely documentation of patient interactions utilizing the EPIC EMR system.
• Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance clinical practice and patient care standards.
• Building strong relationships with patients and their families through compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Upholding all ethical and legal standards in medical practice to ensure patient confidentiality and safety.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package ranging from USD 140,000 to 180,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
