Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to inform individualized therapy strategies tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing established methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and fostering trust with clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
