Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs and develop effective, personalized treatment plans.

• Deliver individual therapy sessions using targeted therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to enhance clients’ personal growth and emotional well-being.

• Collaborate with clients to set therapeutic goals, tracking progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Provide teletherapy services to clients who may have transportation challenges or prefer remote counseling options, creating a safe and confidential virtual environment.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation of client sessions and treatment plans to comply with ethical standards in mental health practice.

• Engage in continuous professional development through training sessions, workshops, and peer feedback to stay updated on the latest therapy techniques and methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with individuals and families facing a range of mental health issues, including trauma, anxiety, depression, addiction, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n
