Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish and maintain positive, trusting relationships with clients, providing a safe space for open discussions.

• Conduct thorough assessments to accurately diagnose mental health issues in individual, couple, and family contexts.

• Create and implement customized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique circumstances and therapeutic needs.

• Facilitate individual, couples, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based practices to support clients in coping with various emotional and behavioral challenges.

• Monitor and evaluate client progress regularly, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on therapeutic outcomes and feedback.

• Coordinate with external specialists when referrals are needed, ensuring comprehensive care and support for clients.

• Document all client interactions and treatment updates in compliance with organizational policies and state regulations.

Qualifications\n

• A valid LMFT licensure in the state of Texas.

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
