IT Helpdesk Technician

To provide exceptional technology support, the full-time IT Helpdesk Technician will troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and SaaS-related issues for employees in a remote environment, while managing onboarding and offboarding processes. Key responsibilities Provide responsive technical support through various channels, including tickets and chat Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware, software, and SaaS applications Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding, including device provisioning and account management Required qualifications Previous experience in helpdesk, desktop support, or IT support roles Hands-on troubleshooting experience with macOS and Windows systems Familiarity with common workplace SaaS applications such as Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 Ability to document technical solutions and contribute to knowledge management Strong organization skills and the ability to work independently
