Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Counselor, your essential tasks will include:

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clinic serves a diverse clientele, including adults, children, and families from various cultural and ethnic backgrounds. As a Mental Health Counselor, you will engage with clients who may present with a wide range of mental health disorders, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Possess a minimum of a Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Clinical Psychology, or a related mental health field.

• Hold a current and valid license as an LMFT or LCSW registered with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS).

• Maintain good standing with appropriate regulatory boards and have an active CAQH registration; being paneled with Alameda Alliance is a plus.

• Demonstrated proficiency in conducting clinical assessments and providing therapeutic interventions based on evidence-based practices.

• Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple cases effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
