Work Environment\n

This role operates within our community health clinic, which emphasizes flexibility by offering a remote work setting. You will work Monday to Friday, with no evening or weekend commitments, allowing for a healthy work-life balance. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will take on diverse responsibilities that impact our clients' mental health positively. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Facilitating Group Therapy: Lead and engage clients in group sessions, promoting peer connection and shared learning experiences.

• Providing Individual Therapy: Offer tailored, empathetic counseling sessions that help clients navigate their thoughts, emotions, and challenges while developing effective coping strategies.

• Creating Treatment Plans: Collaborate with clients to develop individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans that align with their specific needs and aspirations.

• Monitoring Progress: Utilize assessment tools to evaluate clients' progress and outcomes, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal care.

• Collaborating with a Multidisciplinary Team: Work alongside other healthcare professionals, maintaining open communication to coordinate care and consult on complex cases, ensuring that clients receive comprehensive support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with young adults aged 18 to 30 in our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). This population often faces unique mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and adjustment disorders. Your expertise and compassion will help these clients navigate their journeys towards recovery and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• A valid and active LPC license in Pennsylvania.

• At least one year of relevant counseling experience, ideally working with young adults or similar populations.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working in community health settings, particularly outpatient facilities.

• Familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities and holistic approaches to mental health care.

• Proficiency in utilizing electronic health records (EHR) systems to track client progress and document treatment interventions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The competitive salary range for this position is USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
