Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to formulate individualized treatment plans for each client.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, utilizing techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy tailored to specific client needs.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, to provide holistic care to clients.

• Maintain precise and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements.

• Participate in ongoing professional development by attending relevant workshops and staying informed about current advances in mental health research.

• Manage client cases effectively, ensuring timely follow-ups and adapting treatment modalities as required.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a wide-ranging patient population, including individuals facing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, parenting, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• An active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania.

• A minimum of two years of experience providing counseling services, preferably in a clinical or mental health setting.
