Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to identify clients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans that drive personal growth and coping strategies.

• Deliver one-on-one therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other appropriate techniques that resonate with clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on individuals experiencing challenges such as trauma, anxiety, and depression. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required, with a Master's or Doctoral degree preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
