Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health status, strengths, and needs during teletherapy sessions.

• Design and implement tailored treatment plans that reflect the individual goals and challenges of each client.

• Utilize evidence-based practices to provide individual therapy for adults, leveraging solution-focused techniques to facilitate positive outcomes.

• Offer crisis intervention and support during challenging situations, ensuring clients have access to needed resources and strategies.

• Maintain accurate documentation through our comprehensive therapist dashboard, with a focus on minimizing paperwork to maximize time dedicated to client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapists work primarily with adult clients experiencing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our diverse clientele reflects the rich cultural landscape of Phoenix and the surrounding areas, allowing therapists to deliver culturally competent care.

Qualifications\n

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Arizona.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to connect with clients from varying backgrounds.

• Empathy and a non-judgmental attitude, fostering a safe therapeutic space for clients to explore their challenges.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage a busy caseload.

• A clean disciplinary record with no history of actions against your professional license.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working in a telehealth setting is preferred, but not required.

• Familiarity with evidence-based therapy approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Motivational Interviewing.

• Previous experience providing therapy to diverse adult populations is advantageous.
