Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to assess clients' mental health status, uncovering their specific needs and establishing a foundational understanding of their therapeutic journey.

• Develop, implement, and continuously adjust personalized treatment plans that align with each client's goals, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to their unique circumstances.

• Deliver engaging individual therapy sessions to adult clients, employing solution-focused and dialectical behavioral therapy approaches to help clients navigate life's challenges effectively.

• Utilize secure teletherapy platforms to conduct virtual sessions, ensuring consistent and accessible care for clients who may have mobility or transportation issues.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention services when required, demonstrating quick thinking and sound judgment in emergencies.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, attending workshops and training sessions to stay current on mental health trends and best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base includes a diverse range of individuals facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and relationship issues. Therapists will be working with adults from different backgrounds, each requiring an empathetic and individualized approach to their mental wellness.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate effective client interactions.

• A compassionate demeanor coupled with the ability to maintain a non-judgmental attitude throughout the therapeutic process.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage client caseloads and scheduling.

• No history of disciplinary actions on your professional board.

Preferred Experience\n

Prior experience in a clinical setting, particularly with diverse adult populations, is preferred. Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and experience in delivering virtual therapy sessions will be beneficial in meeting the needs of our clientele.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 104,000 per year, commensurate with caseload and experience.
