Work Environment\n

This role will operate predominantly in a remote setting, allowing you the flexibility to work from anywhere. However, you will be fully integrated into an outpatient office structure, collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams. Regular video conferencing and online collaboration tools will be used to facilitate communication and patient care, ensuring a seamless experience for both patients and staff. The practice supports a balanced work schedule of Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts to accommodate patient needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on patients facing complex challenges that include co-occurring mental health issues along with chronic medical conditions such as autoimmune disorders, chronic pain syndromes, and substance use disorders. This diverse clientele requires a nuanced understanding of how these various aspects of health interact and affect overall patient outcomes.

Qualifications\n

  A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field is required.

  Valid and current licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or LCSW-R in New York State is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
