Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and create personalized treatment plans for clients, ensuring tailored therapeutic strategies are delivered to meet individual needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic approaches, and solution-focused therapy to individuals, groups, couples, and families.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records according to ethical standards and legal obligations.

• Be an active participant in multidisciplinary team meetings to collaboratively develop comprehensive care plans that best serve our clients.

• Engage in professional development activities, such as workshops and training, to remain informed on the latest trends and research in mental health.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Must possess an active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Virginia.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a counseling setting is essential.

• A strong understanding of ethical and legal standards in the counseling profession.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse client populations.

• Experience utilizing Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software and related technologies.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 110,000 per year, with performance-based bonuses available. Benefits include:
