This position is remote, enabling you to deliver telehealth services from the comfort of your own home. Our telehealth facility is designed with state-of-the-art technology that ensures confidentiality and a smooth therapeutic experience for both clients and counselors. You will have access to an array of digital tools and electronic medical records (EMR) software to streamline your workflow and enhance communication with patients and the clinical team.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Provide therapeutic interventions using evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic therapy.

• Facilitate group, family, and couples therapy sessions, fostering a safe space for open communication and healing.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care, sharing insights and strategies to improve client outcomes.

• Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards to uphold the highest quality of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

At Soul Canvas Healing, we provide services to individuals and families who may have limited access to traditional mental health resources. Our clients often face a variety of challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and substance misuse. Your role will be pivotal in offering support and guidance to these individuals as they work toward recovery and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Virginia.

• A minimum of two years of experience providing counseling in a clinical setting.

• Strong understanding of ethical and legal standards in mental health practice.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to build rapport with a diverse clientele.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from $70,000 to $90,000 annually, based on experience and caseload availability. In addition to competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes dental, vision, and health insurance, as well as malpractice insurance. Counselors will receive numerous client referrals, and our administrative support will assist with billing and documentation to allow you to focus more on client care and less on paperwork.
