Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of clients’ mood disorder symptoms, including assessing their intensity, frequency, and impact on daily life.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that align with each client's unique goals, preferences, and needs, employing a range of therapeutic modalities.

• Utilize evidence-based methodologies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate effective therapeutic outcomes.

• Educate and support clients and their families regarding mood disorders, treatment options, and effective self-care practices tailored to their specific situations.

• Monitor client progress meticulously, keeping detailed records, and modify treatment plans as necessary to reflect changes in clients’ needs.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to optimize integrated care solutions for complex mental health conditions.

• Stay abreast of the latest research and advancements related to mood disorders and therapeutic techniques to enhance treatment efficacy.

• Maintain comprehensive, confidential documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Participate actively in case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing professional development workshops to continuously enhance clinical skills.

• Advocate for client needs, raising awareness about mental health challenges while working to reduce stigma associated with seeking help.

Qualifications\n

• A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Competitive annual salary range of $120,000 to $140,000, commensurate with experience, along with a $3,000 sign-on bonus.
