Today, we are the fastest-growing creator network, backed by Tubi Media Group and Fox Corporation.Red Seat Ventures is seeking a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant to support the SVP of Sales and broader sales leadership team. This role is heavily focused on complex calendar management, cross-functional coordination, and team operations support in a fast-paced, evolving environment. The ideal candidate thrives on keeping executives and teams organized, anticipates scheduling conflicts before they arise, and ensures seamless execution of meetings and team-wide initiatives — including quarterly town halls.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain high-volume calendars for the SVP and select team membersCoordinate internal and external meetings across multiple time zones and business unitsProactively prioritize scheduling requests and resolve conflicts with sound judgmentPrepare meeting materials, agendas, and logistics to ensure leaders are fully preparedTrack key deadlines, recurring meetings, and follow-ups to keep priorities on trackSupport planning and execution of quarterly town halls, including scheduling, logistics, materials coordination, and cross-functional communicationAssist with department-wide meetings, offsites, and team eventsPartner cross-functionally with Finance, HR, and Operations as neededMaintain organized records, shared documents, and team resourcesCoordinate occasional domestic travel arrangements as neededPrepare, submit, and reconcile expense reports in a timely and accurate mannerEnsure compliance with company travel and expense policiesDraft correspondence and assist with presentations and documentationSupport ad hoc projects and operational initiatives as assignedMaintain discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive informationAssist with office & workplace operations on occasionSupport and train employees on Fox operational processes as needed5+ years of administrative experience supporting executive leadersStrong experience managing complex, high-volume executive calendarsExceptional organizational skills with the ability to anticipate needs and prioritize effectivelyStrong attention to detail and follow-throughExcellent communication skills and professionalism across all levels of the organizationProven ability to handle confidential information with discretionExperience supporting team-wide meetings or internal events (town halls, offsites, etc.) preferredWe are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, gender identity, disability, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
