Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Current, unrestricted licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Professional Counselor (LPC), or Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Oregon, allowing for independent practice without supervision.

• No provisional licenses or history of disciplinary actions are acceptable.

• Strong capabilities in making clinical assessments, crafting treatment plans, and adapting therapeutic techniques based on individual client needs.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop rapport and trust with clients, fostering a supportive therapy environment.
