Corporate Accounting Manager

Addison Group is partnering with a publicly traded, multi-billion-dollar global manufacturing company to identify a Corporate Accounting Manager to join their growing corporate finance team. Key Responsibilities Lead the monthly close for corporate-level entities and core accounting areas (cash, debt, reserves, hedging, allocations) Review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial analytics Oversee purchase accounting and support statutory reporting requirements Improve close processes through better use of systems, standard procedures, and automation Manage and develop a small corporate accounting team Support internal controls testing and strengthen control processes Help draft and maintain company-wide accounting policies Ensure compliance with established accounting standards and internal policies Assist with financial reporting support schedules as needed Partner with external auditors for quarterly and year-end audits Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (Master’s or MBA preferred) CPA strongly preferred 6+ years of progressive accounting experience Big 4 and/or large U.S. public company experience preferred Manufacturing industry experience a plus Strong working knowledge of U.S. GAAP Proven leadership, team-building, and project-management skills Curious, proactive mindset with a drive for continuous improvement #J-18808-Ljbffr
