You will primarily engage with clients via secure video conferencing platforms, enabling you to build meaningful therapeutic relationships in the comfort of your home office. Our outpatient office in El Paso also serves as a hub for team collaboration and professional development, ensuring you have access to ongoing support and resources.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to identify their psychological, emotional, and behavioral needs, and then develop tailored, evidence-based treatment plans to address those needs.

• Deliver high-quality therapy sessions to individuals, couples, and families, utilizing a range of therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and any modifications to the treatment plans within our secure electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Engage in regular collaboration with other mental health professionals, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and social workers, to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care for clients.

• Uphold the utmost standards of confidentiality and adhere to all ethical guidelines, safeguarding client information in compliance with state regulations.

Your role will involve working with a diverse patient population, including individuals managing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and life transitions. You will be equipped to address a wide range of psychological and emotional challenges, showcasing your versatility and commitment to client-centered care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling or a related mental health field is required.

• Current state licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a counseling setting, demonstrating your ability to support clients effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n
