Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and culturally sensitive mental health assessments to identify patients' unique needs and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Offer crisis intervention services during emergencies, applying strong crisis management skills to support and stabilize patients in distress.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, available treatments, and relevant community resources to empower them in their care journey.

• Maintain accurate and confidential electronic health records (EHR) in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Actively contribute to case conferences, team meetings, and cultural competency training sessions to improve effective practices within the organization.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve diverse patient populations, including ethnic and cultural minorities, LGBTQ+ individuals, and immigrant communities. This role requires a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by these groups and a commitment to providing culturally relevant mental health care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Tennessee.

• A profound understanding of a wide range of mental health disorders, coupled with the ability to apply evidence-based treatment approaches in therapy.

• Demonstrated experience in delivering individual and group therapy that is culturally responsive and inclusive.

• Proficient crisis intervention skills, with the capability to remain composed and effective in high-pressure situations.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, fostering the ability to build rapport with a diverse set of clients.

• Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and other relevant computer applications.

• A commitment to maintaining professional boundaries, ethical standards, and patient confidentiality.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
